Fitness Embassy® recognises the demands on athletes in today's sporting landscape. Our specialised team of Fitness Partners and Allied Health practitioners ensures that our clients receive the highest level of professional services tailored to meet any athlete.

We work with families, coaches, and sporting associations, supporting them with athlete care, return-to-sport rehabilitation and insurance claims.

Our role is primarily to improve athletic performance. However, athletic performance can only be achieved through pattern development in all functional myofascial planes over time.
