Fitness Embassy® is an inclusive All Abilities Allied Health and Fitness centre located in the Greater Western Sydney region, Bella Vista.

Our specialised team of Fitness Partners include Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Remedial Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Exercise Therapies, Strength & Conditioning, Hip Hop dance, and Personal tuition.

Our Fitness Partners are carefully selected to meet the individual needs of each client, ensuring safe and effective treatment and in the prevention of injury.

We truly believe in our mission statement; "Movement as a Medium towards Happiness".

Exercise Literacy

We are passionate about education. We recognise the importance of teaching new biomechanical and neurological patterns that take time and require repetition. Our model is designed to promote easy-to-understand movement patterns to support a client's activities of daily living or performance in achieving a goal.

We act as positive role models for our clients to ensure that they work towards building capacity as active participants in the community within a nurturing and welcoming culture.

NDIS Registered Provider

Fitness Embassy® is a Registered Provider of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, NDIS. We undergo audit in accordance to the Standards outlined by the NDIA and the Safeguards Commission.

This enables us to deliver supports to Participants who are self-managed, plan-managed or portal-managed. We understand the challenges faced when you require detailed reports during plan reviews for further funding.

We work closely with our network of plan managers to ensure that you receive the supports entitled within your Service Level Agreement, SLA without all the stress.

Our ‘Thank You’ Policy

Family members and carers are encouraged to try our training equipment by taking time out to do a little exercise for yourself. This complimentary service is our way of saying 'thank you' for all of your hard work you do for your family.

Whether it's walking on a treadmill or riding an exercise bike, it may be the small steps that count in building the confidence to venture out and use other pieces of equipment. Be sure to ask our Fitness Partners on the facility floor for a quick list of exercises you can do to get started.
